These Terms of Use govern your use of Luoji (“we”, “us”, or “our”), including the Luoji website and mobile application. By creating an account or using Luoji, you agree to these terms.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Luoji. If you create an account on behalf of a school or organisation, you must have authority to agree to these terms on their behalf.
Luoji offers free and paid plans. Paid subscriptions are billed through Apple’s App Store or other payment providers we make available. Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID settings.
You agree not to misuse Luoji, including attempting to access other users' accounts, uploading harmful content, or interfering with the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Luoji and its content are owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of Luoji without our permission.
Luoji is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Luoji.
We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the app or by email. Continued use of Luoji after changes means you accept the updated terms.
Your use of the Luoji iOS app is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Apple Standard EULA). You can read it here:
